This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was incredible - from the small souvenir they gave us to the delicious afternoon tea with juicy watermelon and red wine. Secondly, the staff was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, like carrying our heavy backpack to the bus stop when I wasn't feeling well. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchen and a great view of Istanbul rooftops from the balcony.

We loved our stay at this hidden gem in the city. The spacious room felt like a home away from home with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The location was perfect, close to Taksim Square and within walking distance of Galata Tower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and guides. The fast wifi and dedicated router in the room were a bonus. We even received a surprise fruit basket and red wine during our stay.

Some guests mentioned that the announcement from nearby mosques in the early morning woke them up.

Everything was fantastic.

I had an amazing stay at T-Loft Residence. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. When I arrived early in the morning, they offered me a complimentary breakfast. And when I had a late-night departure, they provided free drinks and allowed me to hang out in the hotel until my bus arrived. The little touches like a glass of wine, fruits, and small gifts made me feel so welcomed.

We loved the comfortable and clean big room, the great location near the metro and nightlife area. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mohamed Ayman who went out of his way to assist us. The night cruise on the Bosphorus and city tour recommendations were fantastic. T-Loft provided a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Well-appointed, spacious, and recently renovated, this conveniently located residence offers excellent amenities such as a good lift and a 24-hour front desk. The staff is efficient and friendly, going above and beyond to provide helpful information and even lending a transportation card. The clean and neat suite made us feel at home, and the great location near Taksim Square and transportation options made exploring the city a breeze. We highly recommend this accommodation.
