I recently stayed at a new hotel in the center of the city. The staff was very helpful and the room was nice with a balcony offering a view of Mt Ararat. The fridge was stocked with beer and there was an electric tea kettle. The TV had both BBC and aljazeera. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in and also the most economical.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at Tehran Boutique. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing interesting information about the region and assisting with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tours.

The hotel was in a great location, being right in the center of town. This made it very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The rooms were very comfortable, with luxurious furnishings and amenities. I especially loved the views from the top floor, where you could see the spectacular Mount Ararat. The breakfast offered at the terrace was a magnificent experience, with partial views of the glorious mountain.

One drawback of the hotel was the parking situation. The underground parking lot was quite tight and difficult to navigate, especially for larger cars.

The parking at Tehran Boutique was a bit tight, but thankfully there was someone to help us navigate the underground parking lot. It was a great stopping off point for our visit to the Pasha Palace.
