As a solo traveler, I loved the close proximity of the hotel to the balloon launch area, making it convenient for the activity. The view of hundreds of balloons floating in the sky during breakfast was unforgettable.

I had a fantastic stay right in the city center. The hotel staff went above and beyond, assisting me when an ATM ate my currency and even taking me to the bank to sort it out. The staff also prepared a separate breakfast for me to take away since I had an early morning flight. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the city and mountains. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main square with all the restaurants and bars.

During my recent Christmas stay, I really liked the amazing view from the hotel roof. It was the perfect spot to admire the stunning sunrise and the enchanting hot air balloons in the early morning. the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the city center and visit the local attractions. One more advantage was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One thing that I disliked about my stay was the presence of bed bugs in the blankets. It was quite bothersome, especially for my young daughter, who had trouble sleeping and suffered from itching.
