The location was great as it was near the bus station and easy to find. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of Turkish dishes. , the room was warm during my stay over Christmas, which was a relief.

The staff hardly spoke any English, which made communication difficult at times. while the location and warmth of the room were positive, the language barrier and wifi issues made my stay less enjoyable.
