We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, within a short walk to everything we wanted to see, such as the Ayiasofia, Blue Mosque, Sultanahmet, and Beyoglu. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, with fresh bedding and toiletries provided daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh options. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, providing us with great advice and even helping us book excursions at a cheaper rate than other operators. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to Gulhane tram station, making it ideal for travelers who may not be able to walk long distances. The staff, especially Serhat at the reception, were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a limited variety, the breakfast offered was satisfactory and Madam Nevin, the responsible person, went out of her way to add some new items and sweets to the menu. We appreciated her warm welcome every morning.

Stayed here on Easter break and enjoyed the complementary Easter eggs and hot cross buns offered. The location was great, just a short walk to the main sights. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and had a great view of the city from the window.
