Great location, close to a beautiful mosque and a shopping high street. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms for a large family.

Slow service, with missing duvet and no assistance with getting a taxi. Front desk staff needs training.

I recently stayed at The Elegant Hotel for a few days with my family. The location was perfect, close to Eyup Sultan mosque, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Dogukan, went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We accidentally left a backpack with valuable items in the hotel, and Dogukan even chased down our taxi to return it to us. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of options. our stay was fantastic.

We highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options nearby. It was also very convenient to have public transportation and ferries just a short walk away. The rooms were modern and spacious, and I especially enjoyed the balcony, even though it faced another building. The hotel also provided enhanced comfort and quality services, such as room service, laundry, and a spa & wellness center. The staff was attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location is great, and everything is within walking distance.

Our romantic escape was made even better by the wonderful stay we had at this hotel. the modern and clean room added a touch of luxury to our trip. the staff was polite and always ready to help with a smile. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions that we wanted to see. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the amazing views from the rooftop terrace.

The location of the hotel is ideal, centrally located in the Eyup Sultan area, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of local shops and a great market right at the hotel's doorstep. The cafe at the top offers a breathtaking view and is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee.

There were some building works going on at the back of the hotel, which caused some noise disturbances during the night.
