So, we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite after some negotiation with the management! The suite was two floors and had everything we needed to relax after a long day, even a great breakfast spread that was decent overall.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for the experience we got.

absolutely not impressed. no tea-spoon provided for my coffee, even after two requests. reception suggested calling room service—a real inconvenience. the bumpy mattress was a nightmare, and don’t get me started on the moldy shower cabin. i almost thought of giving a good review, but this hotel is a farce, truly!

My wife says that the hallways are noisy. they need carpets. It would be great if the breakfast area had better organization to avoid crowding.

I stayed for two nights and loved the central location. The staff were helpful, especially a woman named Anastasia who spoke good English. The restaurant served quality food with 24-hour room service. I enjoyed the spacious room and found it clean and comfortable. After a busy day exploring the area, I appreciated the quick access to Taksim Square. This stay reminded me of my explorations back home.
