During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the good amenities offered by the hotel and the delicious breakfast. The location was also convenient for exploring the neighboring area. the friendly staff provided excellent service, enhancing the overall experience.

I was disappointed to hear about the bad experience of other guests who couldn't cancel their stay due to the slopes being closed. It seems that the hotel management was inflexible in this situation, and this could be a red flag for future potential guests.
