The staff members were very kind and helpful in arranging transportation and check-in. the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to restaurants and nightlife nearby. the overall price was fair.

The hotel room was noisy with thin walls and windows that didn’t block the noise from the street. the bathroom smelled like sewage and seemed unclean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to explore all the main attractions within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were just as shown in the professional pictures - clean, comfortable, and with a balcony to enjoy the city views. The attention to detail in the room was also impressive, from the automated locking system to the availability of warm water for showers.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
