The hotel's architecture is absolutely beautiful, with cozy rooms and a stunning view. the staff was very helpful in organizing tours and transportation. the wifi worked well and breakfast was filled with fresh local produce. the spa was one of the biggest cave spas I have ever seen!

There were a few disappointments during my stay. the room I booked showed a fireplace and appeared much bigger, but when I arrived, the room did not have a fireplace and was smaller than expected.
