We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Grand Bazaar and other tourist spots, even after checking out. The hotel staff, especially Kazim and his partner in the morning, were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage and even use the toilet facilities. The breakfast, served on the rooftop, was great. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms had fast speeds, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, they even helped me arrange a great Bosphorus boat tour. The internet connection at the hotel was also really fast and reliable.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Although the towels were changed regularly, the room itself wasn't super clean.

You can easily reach the Blue Mosque and other attractions within a short distance. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak English fluently. The breakfast provided is quite satisfying, with options like eggs, omelettes, cheese, salami, salad. The rooms are also cleaned daily and towels are changed regularly.
