We had a wonderful stay at a comfortable and clean hotel in a great location. the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, especially Kenan, who always went above and beyond to assist us. the hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk away from bus and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the Irish pub located on the ground floor of the hotel, with its wide variety of drinks and enjoyable atmosphere. our experience at Wolf Hotel was outstanding.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram station Tophane, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was situated next to the seaside, offering beautiful views and a calming atmosphere. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Moreover, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, satisfying my taste buds every morning. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Istanbul.

One minor drawback of my stay was the lack of wifi connection in my room. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and made efforts to fix it.

During our stay at The Wolf Hotel, we were impressed by the superb location. The hotel is situated on a quaint street filled with charming coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It was a mere 3-minute walk to the Tophane tram station, which provided convenient transportation across the river. The staff at The Wolf Hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were warmly greeted with smiles upon arrival and were even offered complimentary bottled water each day. Umet, one of the staff members, assisted us in arranging a PCR test and kindly printed important documents for us at no cost. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's bar, where the staff were fantastic and recommended excellent local beers. Their cooperation extended until our departure, as they even helped us find a taxi during a challenging time. From the cleaning lady to the owner, every member of the hotel staff deserves praise.

Although the room was not very spacious, it served its purpose as a place to rest, considering the amazing neighborhood of Karakoy that surrounded us. We spent the majority of our day exploring the area, so the room size was not a major setback.

The complimentary water and tea were a nice touch and the location was great - close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants. Plus, there was a lovely view from the room that added to the experience.

The walls were so thin that every sound from neighboring rooms and even the outside could be heard, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. There was also a disturbing incident where a member of staff entered the room unannounced late at night, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

This hotel is a great find! The value for money is excellent. The basic amenities and rooms with good wifi make it perfect for business travelers. Plus, the location is fantastic – away from the noise of the mosques, but still close to the main tourist spots in a calm neighborhood. And the breakfast is delicious!

Nothing at this hotel needs improvement – it's all been great!
