This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I particularly appreciated the beautiful location, surrounded by the thermal area and lush forests. The staff were incredibly helpful and the basic amenities were all provided. I loved the rooms with private terraces, which offered stunning views. And the breakfast, with its hot water for coffee, was a delightful start to the day.

We had a spacious room at the Thermo Vital Otel, which was a great surprise. The thermal pool and hammam were a fantastic experience. Despite some minor issues with the breakfast buffet, the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel's location in a quiet area with beautiful views added to our enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The location of the hotel was great as it was surrounded by beautiful nature. It was also close to town which made it easy to explore. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall experience. the spa services were a highlight of the trip as they were very relaxing and exactly what was needed.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, and there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. the breakfast selection was limited and did not offer much variety.
