We arrived in the evening eager to relax but were informed that the women's only session had just ended and it was now for men only. This information was not mentioned on the website. To make matters worse, the next day the women's only session started at noon, but we had to check out by then. This was very disappointing for a 4-star resort hotel.

The hotel is situated on the coast, offering a beautiful sea view. It is also conveniently located near the main shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city and find everything you need.

The lack of safety measures at the water park puts children at risk.

Clean rooms, fabulous sea view, enjoyable indoor and outdoor pools, helpful and resourceful staff.

What a fantastic experience! the view from my room is beautiful, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast menu with plenty of options, including my favorite dishes. the rooms are relatively large, comfortably furnished, and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job of keeping everything tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful recreational facilities available, especially the incredible outdoor swimming pool.

While everything about the hotel was perfect, I found that the location was a bit remote. Getting to nearby shopping places was quite expensive, and it was a bit of a struggle to get there.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location here is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, providing a peaceful environment. The service was top-notch; the room service and housekeeping were prompt and efficient. I loved the fact that this place offers car hire and laundry facilities. Also, there are plenty of shops and commercial services available here. The room amenities were excellent, and the in-room facilities like ironing equipment, mini-bar, and in-room safe were very convenient for me. The outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and aqua park were excellent leisure options with beautiful garden furniture. The staff here were gracious and always on hand to assist me with anything I needed.

The breakfast options were limited, but I would still recommend this venue to anyone because of the superb service, excellent room amenities, and fantastic leisure facilities available here.

Rooms were impeccably clean, breakfast spread was excellent and water quality was top notch. Staff were incredibly helpful & accommodating, especially Mustafa who went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Enjoyed the fantastic pool options, both indoor and outdoor, during our stay. Highly recommended.
