The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and excellent internet quality. The location was great, situated in a lively area with easy access to transportation. We found it easy to find the hotel by taxi and it was also conveniently located near the bustling Taksim area. The staff were the highlight of our stay, as they were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was truly excellent.

The only downside was that the location was a bit challenging as we had to rely on taxis to get around during the busy Christmas period.

The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of international and Turkish delicacies. The hotel's location was great, close to Taksim Square but in a calmer area. They even provided a shuttle bus that took just 10 minutes to reach Taksim Square.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. the restaurant served delicious food and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. it was a great place to spend time in.

The location was poor, surrounded by a run-down industrial neighborhood. the view from the room was awful and the room service was the worst I've ever experienced.
