the hotel was almost empty due to the timing of our visit, which meant no queues, plenty of sunbeds, and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were exceptional, providing attentive service and the Kids Club staff were superb. We were upgraded to a family room, which I would highly recommend for those traveling with children. the hotel facilities were great, including the nice sandy beach with added safety measures, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, and spa services. the internet connection was superb throughout the entire hotel, making it easy to stay connected. the variety and quality of food were outstanding, with highlights like roast chicken, garlic fried prawns, and delicious baklava.

We stayed at Tui Magic Life for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel was almost empty, which meant no queues and plenty of choices for sunbeds and pools. The staff were attentive and the Kids Club staff were superb. Our family room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the variety of food options available. The facilities were excellent, with a beautiful beach and multiple swimming pools. The internet connection throughout the hotel was superb. we loved our stay and would definitely go back.

The hotel is surrounded by lush gardens and has a spectacular private beach. It offers plenty of sunbeds and towels. the food selection is great, rich in variety and quality. Drinks are also in abundance and the personnel is friendly and courteous.

We requested two separate beds in one of our rooms but they were not provided, and the staff was unable to follow up on the matter efficiently. the level of English and German among reception staff employees was below par.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and beach access, where we enjoyed lounging on the sun loungers. the staff provided excellent service, especially in the Spa & wellness centre where we indulged in a full body massage.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in the special diet menus. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious dinner options.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were thrilled with the variety of food buffet options available. The resort had a wide range of delicious plant-based dishes to choose from, satisfying our dietary preferences.
