Park Dedeman exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room to a better option. The communication with the staff was exceptional throughout my stay. The spa team was also amazing, informing me promptly when a massage spot became available. The spa facilities and massage were both beautiful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of parking space. I had a fantastic experience and found great value for my money.

The hotel is conveniently close to the city center, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, there are plenty of parking spaces available for guests during their stay.

Great stay! The hotel provided complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste and shower sponge. Location was central and conveniently close to city attractions. , the hotel has a cat who was very friendly and happy to receive cuddles from guests which was a lovely touch.

Two disappointments were the lack of soft pillows which made it impossible to sleep comfortably, and the low-quality shampoo and soap provided. the breakfast area was small and chairs were quite uncomfortable due to height, which detracted from the otherwise good experience.

The hotel had a clean and good location, with fast and reliable wifi. Free parking was available and the staff were helpful and always smiling.

The rooms at Park Dedeman were very comfortable and spacious. I specifically requested twin beds and was pleased to find that my request had been granted. The receptionist was kind and tried their best to assist me, despite the language barrier. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short drive from the city center. The internet connection was fast and reliable.

While the staff did their best to accommodate my needs, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast options were limited and the taste was not particularly enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious! The exclusive amenities in the room exceeded my expectations, including the comfortable bed, immaculate bathroom and complimentary refreshments. The Spa & wellness centre was the highlight of the trip, with a wide range of massage treatments and professional staff. I particularly enjoyed the full body massage followed by the relaxing Spa lounge. The hotel location was perfect, just a short distance from the city centre.

Although my stay was exceptional, I did experience one minor issue. The restaurant was a little disappointing, with a limited menu and no special diet menus available.
