The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made an effort to communicate even if one of them didn't speak English. The communication before arrival was quick and clear. They accommodated my vegan dietary preferences and even provided me with a special breakfast on my last day. The room was nice and clean, and the area was quiet. The breakfast time was flexible, allowing me to sleep in. There were plenty of areas to hang out and relax throughout the hotel. it offered good value for the money.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints.
