Great location, within walking distance of popular attractions and public transport connectivity. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, providing useful recommendations and tips. The rooms were beautiful and the Turkish breakfast was delicious.

The lack of a lift made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Some rooms were small and there was street noise that could be disturbing.

Staying here was a great experience. The location is excellent and allowed me to easily explore the city using public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and provided great tips for excursions. The room was spotless and came equipped with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff, from the proprietor to the breakfast and room staff, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just steps away from Taksim Square and on a quiet street filled with local markets and cafes. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel was conveniently close to buses to the airport, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Basement room nicely decorated, quiet and clean. Crispy bedlinen, comfortable mattress. Small bathroom but not an issue for 3 nights. Friendly receptionist Burak provided helpful travel information. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic. the staff at the reception, especially the guy with the longer hair, were really friendly and polite. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square which made it easy to explore different parts of the city.

One thing I didn't like was the lack of variety in the breakfast. After a couple of days, it became repetitive and I had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
