The customer service was exceptional and I felt safe throughout my stay. The room I had, a double with a garden, was spacious and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the staff provided amazing service. The lounge served lovely food, although it would have been more convenient to have dining tables. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our trip. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The hotel itself had a unique charm and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited hot water and rooms needing modernization, the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. During my stay at the W Istanbul, I experienced outstanding service from the hotel staff. There was a minor issue with my room, but the level of service provided to resolve it went above and beyond my expectations. I want to particularly commend the concierge, Tourgai, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Although there were a few areas that could be improved, such as the dim lighting throughout the hotel and the lack of privacy in the open-plan bathroom, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

I stayed at a hotel that is in a cool, busy area surrounded by several cafes and restaurants, making it easy to find great food options. Additionally, it was close to a ferry pier, which allowed easy access to a Bosphorus tour. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and the service was attentive. The breakfast spread was diverse, with many options to choose from. There was also a beautiful balcony attached to the suite room, providing a nice spot to take in some fresh air and sun.

The carpet floors in some parts of the hotel did not give off a very clean impression.

There are also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, including Kahve Dunyasi and Cafe Nero. The hotel offers unique rooms and excellent service, with helpful staff at the check-in counter. The garden and lounging area in the back of the room are perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring Istanbul. The quality of treatments at the B&G wellness center is also great. a unique and enjoyable experience.

the location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to transportation and surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. the staff at the hotel, including receptionists Mrs Eda and Mr Liker, are extremely professional and welcoming. They made me feel like their best friend from the moment I arrived. the rooms are spacious and the services provided are top-notch. A highlight for me was the delicious and diverse breakfast selection, especially the Turkish and international cheese variety.

Great weekend stay! Loved the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect. just a short walk from many restaurants, bars, and shopping facilities. the comfortable beds were a dream, and the room was well-equipped with a minibar and rain shower. the added bonus of two complementary facts was a nice touch.

The lighting in the tall and poorly lit corridor between rooms could have been better.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and tea shops in the area, so we never had a problem finding somewhere delicious to eat. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a private outdoor sitting area and a jet tub. the bed was really comfortable, and everything in the room worked perfectly.

One downside of this hotel is that there is no swimming pool, which would have been nice to have during our stay. Another thing to note is that the hotel could use some renovations, as the rooms are starting to look a bit outdated.

Good variety for breakfast with unique honeycomb. Conveniently located near a Big Bus stop in a local residential area. Helpful and friendly staff make up for minor room flaws and garden upkeep. Great choice for a central, yet peaceful stay.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me when I forgot my phone in a taxi. The location was great, surrounded by nice cafes and close to a ferry that takes you to the Asian side. The breakfast had a good variety and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
