I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed, and the amazing view from my room. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Some guests have mentioned that the walls are thin and noises from other rooms and the hallway can be heard easily.

Great value for the money, the room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, close to popular landmarks but away from the busy streets. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

The Turkish breakfast for two was outstanding. The evening meal on the final night was exceptional and reasonably priced. Maid service was unobtrusive and the room spotlessly clean. The hotel reception was very helpful and provided Istanbul cards and a traveler wifi modem. They also assisted with ordering food and arranging airport transfers. The location was ideal and central to all Istanbul attractions. The metro station was just a 5-minute walk away and the bus station was 10 minutes away.

We loved staying at this place for many reasons. it is located in a tiny street that is difficult to find, and this makes it very quiet and peaceful, despite being in the center of a busy area. Secondly, the service is spot on, with staff always available to help with anything we needed, including tours/ticket assistance, room service, and laundry. Finally, the amenities are top-notch, with rooms that are clean, comfortable and spacious, featuring a balcony, tea and coffee facilities.

The room was cozy and well-decorated, with nice tea and coffee facilities. The location was great, just a short walk away from the main shopping street and the tram station. I also loved the fact that they provided a travel card and a WiFi dongle, which made exploring the city so much easier.

It was the same every day and brought in from outside. I also had some issues with the noise from the ongoing refurbishments in the breakfast bar room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Galata, and within walking distance to the metro stop, Galata Tower, the main pedestrian street, and historic sites. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars/rooftops nearby, making it convenient to find a place to eat or grab a drink. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at Walton Hotels Galata! the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. the hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. the staff, especially Frida, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. She provided us with a portable router and a card for social transport, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars. the breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy to explore the city. We will definitely choose Walton Hotels Galata again if we visit.
