The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to help us when my boyfriend fell ill during our stay. The service was extremely friendly and personal. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing quick access to the central artery of Istanbul and attractions such as Istiklal. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the soundproofing, as it was not very effective.

We loved the great location, just a short walk to the Tophane T1 tramway stop. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. It was also great to have easy access to both sides of the Golden Horn.

This hotel is a gem! First of all, the location is perfect - situated in a calm area, just 200 meters away from the tramway station. It's so convenient to explore the city from here. Secondly, the staff is outstanding, always friendly and helpful, available 24/7. They really go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that resembles exactly like in the pictures. Plus, the small extra of having an electric kettle in the room is a great touch!

All was just perfect, nothing to complain about.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted to receive complementary champagne and chocolates. the location was perfect, being within walking distance to the city center and public transportation. We also enjoyed the stunning city view from our room's balcony.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the walls were incredibly thin, and we could hear every conversation and noise from the neighboring rooms.
