My recent stay at Waxwing was incredibly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I must mention Kemal, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The hygiene measures in place were also reassuring in light of the current situation. The hotel's cleanliness, style, and elegance impressed me, and the breakfast was fantastic. Although the minibar fell short with only two tea and coffee bags and two small bottles of water, it did not diminish my overall experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite a minor inconvenience with parking, I appreciate that the hotel took care of it. I highly recommend Waxwing for your stay.

Had a good time during my Christmas stay, the bed was really comfortable and the room was nicely decorated with modern furniture. the reception staff were friendly, always ready to bring ice and drinks on request. the hotel is in a great location with good restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

The room was noisy with the sound of traffic coming in all night, making it difficult to sleep. the breakfast wasn't of high quality, serving only basic items with not many options available.

The hotel had great attention to detail, with nicely decorated rooms that were both comfortable and modern. The staff were pretty friendly and the location was fantastic, being centrally located in the heart of the city near the pedestrian zone.

No major issues to report, everything was fine.
