Despite arriving at a late hour due to flight delays, the manager spoke English and was extremely helpful. He even provided me with a toothbrush and toothpaste, knowing that my luggage was lost. the staff went above and beyond, offering assistance even though I had no luggage. In the morning, they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in Istanbul.
