The hotel is centrally located near the center of Ankara. Great personnel with friendly staff. Constant effort to make guests comfortable. Reasonable price for transfer service. Silent, clean, and nice rooms. Fantastic Hamam experience in the SPA. Good breakfast selection. Modern area with nice bars and restaurants nearby.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and close proximity to public transportation.

The language barrier was a bit challenging as the staff didn't speak English very well. Additionally, the business center's printer was not functioning and the coffee machine was also out of order.

The staff at the hotel provided excellent service, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including traditional Turkish dishes which I really enjoyed. The hotel also had Wi-Fi, which was a big plus.

Liked my xmas stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast spread and the restaurant had a great selection. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice selection of amenities. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I also enjoyed the limo service, which made transportation to and from the airport easy.

Disliked a few things during my stay. There was no air conditioning during the winter season, only heating.

The Salix Spa was an absolute delight! The Turkish details of the steam bath and SPA treatment were incredibly effective. The warm main pool was amazing, and the Thai Massage was speechless. The colors in the rooms were exclusive and the amenities were top-notch. The bar & lounge had the perfect design and the special RAKI made my experience exceptional and exciting.

The hotel was located in a great area, right off the main road and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had many options to choose from and the food was well prepared. The room was also very spacious and comfortable to stay in.

The hotel was let down by the interiors which were outdated and not well-maintained. The bathroom was particularly disappointing as the shower was difficult to use with low water pressure that made bathing a hassle.

The hotel room was quite warm, even after turning off the heater. The bed linen was mainly polyester, which resulted in me waking up sweaty in the middle of the night.

There were no major issues, but we regret not having enough time to enjoy all the facilities. We only had a brief encounter with the number 4 lounge and bar, which looked stunning, and we wished we could have tried the food at the number 4 restaurant.
