We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a vibrant area with three shopping centers nearby, and it was conveniently located right in front of a metro station. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with plenty of choices.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and great service. The Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation with its steam room and treatment rooms. The heated swimming pool was a perfect choice for a refreshing swim on colder days, while the sun terrace offered a great place to soak up some sun. The restaurant provided delicious Halal food and special diet menus. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shopping options.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room coffee machine, which required some instructions to use properly. However, this was remedied quickly by the catering service.

Nothing it was perfect.

As a solo traveler, I loved the excellent location of the hotel. It was in a fancy and classy area, with access to the Ozdilek mall right from the hotel. The mall had everything I needed, from a pharmacy and supermarket to cafes and bakeries. There were also currency exchange and telecom shops, a mosque, and a food court. I also appreciated the proximity of restaurants and the convenience of having a metro station just seconds away. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and fancy, and the bathrooms were also very clean. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding with a wide variety of options, including healthy choices. The staff provided amazing service, and the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The views from the hotel, whether of the Bosphorus or the city, were amazing, thanks to the large glass windows. The laundry service was incredibly fast, and I was impressed with the hotel's ability to deliver clean clothes on the same day. Even with full occupancy, the service at the hotel remained outstanding, which speaks volumes about their management.

The staff treated me like royalty, especially Mr. Ugur at the reception. a fantastic experience.

As for the breakfast, it could use a little improvement.
