The most amazing thing about this hotel is the spa & wellness centre! 🌿💆‍♀️ relaxing massage and turkish bath were heavenly. Rooms were cozy with comfy beds, but bathrooms felt cramped. Limited dining options. Staff was friendly.

The location of Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Old City was superb, allowing easy access to major tourist attractions on foot. the overall cleanliness and service quality fell short of expectations. the Club King room was spacious with a nice view, but there were issues with cleanliness and responsiveness to requests. the staff, particularly Mr Alaatin and the concierge team, were accommodating. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options but lacked in quality maintenance, making it an average experience. the stay was pleasant due to the convenient location and helpful staff.

The walls looking like a movie set made me feel like a star! the buffet breakfast at Lale Restaurant was divine. the spa is a sanctuary of relaxation.

Dealing with construction noise day and night was just the cherry on top of my perfect stay.
