The Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Old City exudes captivating Ottoman charm and the scent of traditional luxury, engulfing me in an authentic Istanbul experience. the exceptional service by the meticulous tour station lady Fatima ensured a memorable exploration of Turkey. the hotel's male managers were incredibly accommodating, although their names slipped my memory. the location offers easy access to notable landmarks like Galata Bridge and Suleymaniye Mosque, enriching our family bonding experiences. the blend of cultural significance and modern comfort at this hotel truly enhanced our overall enjoyment of Istanbul.

The location of Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Old City was superb, allowing easy access to major tourist attractions on foot. the overall cleanliness and service quality fell short of expectations. the Club King room was spacious with a nice view, but there were issues with cleanliness and responsiveness to requests. the staff, particularly Mr Alaatin and the concierge team, were accommodating. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options but lacked in quality maintenance, making it an average experience. the stay was pleasant due to the convenient location and helpful staff.

The walls looking like a movie set made me feel like a star! the buffet breakfast at Lale Restaurant was divine. the spa is a sanctuary of relaxation.

Dealing with construction noise day and night was just the cherry on top of my perfect stay.
