I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a modern feel. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering a beautiful sight of the city and the horizon. The hotel's location was excellent, with Taksim Square just a 5-minute walk away. There were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, and the metro and bus station were conveniently close by.

Celebrated Xmas at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were surprised with complimentary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from popular attractions and shopping areas. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. One of the best parts of our stay was the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city skyline.

Some of the rooms had a strange odor, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided air fresheners. , there was some noise from the nearby construction, but it wasn't unbearable and stopped in the evenings.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the daily room cleaning service at the hotel. It was nice to come back to a clean and tidy room every day. The location of the hotel was also a key highlight, as it was just a short walk away from the main square and attractions in the area. there was a convenient shop nearby where I could easily grab snacks and essentials.

One of the minor drawbacks I experienced was the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom. This meant that after every shower, the bathroom would quickly become hot and steamy without proper ventilation.
