Our check-in and check-out were smooth without any waiting lines. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious and comfortable. The bed, linens, and towels were of good quality. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The hotel had complimentary water and coffee set up, which was a nice touch. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained. Despite being a bit off-center, the hotel was conveniently located within a short walking distance to Panora shopping mall. The taxi ride to the city center was quick and affordable. I had a fantastic stay at Tryp and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, with close proximity to Panora shopping mall and two other shopping malls. It is also conveniently situated near many embassies, making it ideal for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and extra soft pillows. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including their delicious "rayhan syrup." The hotel also boasts a unique art gallery and hand-made artistic room doors.

The hotel had a great xmas atmosphere. the staff was very friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. the traditional food served in the restaurant was very tasty and there was a good selection of local beer. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to two big shopping malls and there was no need to go to the city center. One of the best aspects was the luxurious and elegant decoration of the rooms.

The hotel was quite noisy, with a loud road and a mosque nearby that made loud morning prayers. the fact that the gym was closed during the stay was also a disappointment.
