I recently stayed at Zeyn Otel for a few days with my mom. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were cleaned daily, the showers had hot water, and our twin room was a great size. The reception team, especially Serdar and Azat, were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and always there to offer advice or make us a cup of Turkish coffee. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with charming streets, great restaurants, and close proximity to the Grand Bazaar and historic sights. I would highly recommend this hotel as the only place to stay in Istanbul.

The hotel's location was perfect, steps away from Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. The spacious and clean triple room was ideal for our stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

They even offered us breakfast when we arrived early for check-in. the manager went above and beyond by offering us a room in another building so we didn't have to wait. We were also given a free scarf for visiting mosques, which was a nice touch. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The location of this hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions in the old part of town near the sea. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and provided us with recommendations for tourist attractions that they thought would be perfect fits for us. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary water and Turkish coffee that were provided daily.

One small negative aspect was the occasionally spotty wifi during our stay, although this was not a common issue.

The bathroom could have been better, with proper drainage in the shower area. the uphill walk to the public transport was a bit challenging, especially with the steep slope.

It’s walking distance to the beautiful mosques, grand bazaar, and topkapi palace, making it the perfect location to discover this magical city. The hotel offers fresh towels every day and other amenities like shower gels, shampoos, and hair dryers. The staff are amazing and make you feel like family. They helped us with absolutely everything, providing recommendations and directions to places, setting us up with transport cards, and even taking care of our laundry. The friendliest hotel staff ever!
