We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by the old bazaar and castle. It's so convenient to explore the city and soak up the history and culture. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry available. We even enjoyed a delicious breakfast in our room each morning. The facilities were excellent, with a cozy terrace and garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The room itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Additionally, the hotel offers beautiful landscapes and a wonderful atmosphere, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

The parking lot turned out to be not private, but an ordinary street, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests with vehicles.

Beautiful castle-style building with stone rooms and high ceilings that make you feel like royalty. the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, with someone available who speaks English. the hotel is located on the main street, and the top terrace offers multiple stunning views of the surrounding area. the breakfast buffet is typical Turkish and served on the terrace. the blue bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes transportation easy. During Christmas, the hotel was nicely decorated and cozy, which added to the festive atmosphere.

The rooms can be humid and a bit uncomfortable at times. although the hotel has a great snack and drink service, there isn't a restaurant on site, which means you may have to venture out for dinner.
