I recently stayed at Adagio Al Bustan for 10 days with my family and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Sisi and Loriel, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony, which my kids loved, and the spaciousness and comfort of the apartment made us feel right at home. The affordable room rates, friendly staff, cozy rooms, and amazing kitchen facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Ample parking was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Adagio. The housekeeping team, led by Prakash, did an excellent job keeping our rooms neat, clean. The pool and gym staff, both Asian individuals whose names I unfortunately cannot recall, were always helpful and had a positive attitude. Check-in was quick, even when we arrived late at night, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff, including the security guard at reception and the cleaning staff, particularly John and Rajondra, were kind and attentive to our needs. The pool area was also very nice and enjoyable. The kitchen facilities in the apartment were a hit with my family, who cooked with joy. The housekeeping team, especially Mr. Aadesh, Rajkumar, and the electric maintenance team, were amazing in their cooperation and support. we were impressed with the location, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff, and would definitely recommend Adagio to friends and family.

The Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan provides comfortable and spacious apartments with all facilities, making it convenient for longer stays. The decent size kitchen in the room allowed me to prepare meals as per my convenience, adding to the homely feel. The wide range of amenities and a business center made it suitable for both leisure and work purposes.

Despite the overall positive experience, the hotel's inflexible policy and the unexpected disturbance during my birthday celebration were a major disappointment. The lack of understanding and support from the management tarnished what was meant to be a special occasion.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience! I loved the location of this hotel because everything was on the doorstep and it was perfect for a restful holiday. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed such as a kitchenette, a dining table, and a sitting area. The service was amazing and the staff were very hospitable, especially the duty manager who immediately took action to accommodate my request. Additionally, this place had a lot of amenities to offer such as a sauna, swimming pool, spa, and even a night club for live entertainment! I was impressed with the upgraded 2 bedroom apartment that I received because it was my birthday. The hotel also offered car hire, laundry, and grocery shopping service which was very convenient.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We also appreciated the complimentary amenities offered, such as extra pillows and blankets. the location was great too, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes.

The cleaning detergent used had an unpleasant smell that lingered in the apartment after housekeeping cleaned. the table lamps were quite fragile and we were charged a hefty fee for breaking one.
