This hotel is situated right in the centre of a busy area, well-placed for visiting the UAE's biggest mall. The Burj Khalifa views from the rooms are stunning, with super comfy beds and balcony. The decor is beautiful and attention to detail is evident throughout. The basic amenities are of a high standard, making it great value for money.

During my Xmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly service from the manager and employee. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the mall. we appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The staff at the recaption made inappropriate comments that made us feel uncomfortable, and our room service order took over 30 minutes to arrive cold. the towels in the room were old and ripped and didn't meet our expectations for a five-star hotel.
