My wife says that the addition of a dedicated play area for kids would enhance the family experience even more.

I recently stayed at Address hotel for a shopping trip. The lobby was clean and the concierge team was welcoming. The reception was quiet, efficient, and the staff had a friendly smile. The room was nice and clean. The food was delicious and made me hungry with the way it was presented. The location was perfect, near the mall. There were small details like the pleasant fragrance in the lobby and corridors. The pool had a great view and the light music in the background added to the ambience. The staff, especially Nervana in guest relations, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely visit again.

The seamless connectivity to key commercial hubs like Business Bay and Dubai International Financial Centre, thanks to the strategic positioning on arterial highways like Sheikh Zayed Road, made my travel arrangements incredibly convenient.

While my stay was impeccable, the limited availability of early check-ins between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM for a fee might pose a slight inconvenience for travelers with late-night arrivals.

The views from my room, located on the 7th floor, were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the mesmerizing sight of the Burj Khalifa and the musical fountain was truly unforgettable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which was perfect for my family with its complete kitchen facilities. The blend of traditional Arab hospitality and contemporary design was evident in every aspect of the room, creating a luxurious and comfortable environment.

The hotel's service seemed a bit inconsistent, as I experienced issues with the cleanliness and a tech problem with the lights and TV. Despite reporting the issue, it wasn't promptly resolved, and I was offered a fix at midnight, which was not ideal for my family.

I chose this hotel for a roundtable discussion due to its seamless connectivity to key commercial hubs and arterial highways. The location made it convenient to access Business Bay and Dubai International Financial Centre. Additionally, the hotel's facilities provided a comfortable and productive setting for my work.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms.

The pool is stunning, and the club lounge staff is very helpful. The sheesha lounge cabana has a great ambience. The staff, especially Mehak at reception, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Felt like they were family, no reason to complain.

The hotel is perfect for families, located right in the largest mall in the world. The rooms are well-equipped with wonderful decorations and amenities, including a unique queen size bed and a full kitchen to cook a delicious breakfast. The staff is excellent and goes out of their way to offer great service.

Complementary gifts and great location. During Christmas, I had the chance to stay in a hotel that offered me a great location, it was connected to a mall which was a great advantage. I was also delighted to receive a complementary gift bag and tickets for a nearby attraction. The rooms had a beautiful view that made it worth staying.

Pricing issue and poor communication. Unfortunately, my experience was not all positive.

Staying here was an absolute dream come true! I couldn't be happier with the amazing location of being right inside the largest mall in the world, which made it easy for me to explore without worry. This place was spotless with first-class room service and amenities like an in-room safe and mini-bar. The staff here were so friendly and accommodating, especially Kudzai at reception who made check-in and check-out seamless. The attention to detail and care shown by the staff was truly exceptional and made me feel right at home.

The one-bedroom residence was super chic and comfy, perfect for our squad. Being inside the Dubai Mall was insane - we shopped till we dropped and partied in style! The Cabana on the 3rd floor was a vibe, and the iftar buffet was next level. Plus, late checkout for more fun!

We wish there were more late-night options for young party animals like us.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel located just steps away from the famous Dubai Mall with plenty of shopping and entertainment options. The hotel offers great service, has clean and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms, a delicious breakfast, and a spectacular view of the pool. The lifeguards are always on duty to ensure that the kids stay safe while playing in the water. The staff at the reception desk, including Osama and Faramawy, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Azeem serves hot coffee with a smile, while Mr. Aloysius takes care of all the guests' needs.

The check-in process was a bit slow, and there was confusion about my reservation, which was a minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Address Dubai Mall for 1 night after a trip to A&E, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is luxurious and the location is perfect, as it is inside the mall and close to all the shops. The staff, especially Khatuna at the front desk, was extremely helpful and considerate. The rooms were comfortable and well-lit, with separate bath and shower in the spacious bathroom. The hotel products provided were great, especially since I came straight from the hospital. The hotel staff are polite and the breakfast was delicious. I had a nice stay.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. The swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments such as body wraps and massages. The restaurant's dinner and buffet breakfast were delicious and served with great care. The private facilities in my room were top-notch, allowing me to truly indulge in my stay.

There was a minor issue with the service when I requested extra pillows for my room. It took longer than expected and I had to follow up a few times.
