The room had an iPad to control TV, lighting, etc. Great view of Burj Khalifah. Good location near Dubai Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool for families.

Friendly staff who were attentive and helpful in meeting our needs, including providing access to a club lounge with free meals. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection of food. Would love to come back.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right next to Dubai Mall. The room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. I loved the sauna and the hot tub at the Spa, although there was no cold water to cool off. I would recommend staying here.

Located in a prime location close to the Burj Khalifeh area, this hotel is convenient with its bridge to the nearby mall. The rooms are clean and have beautiful facilities. The staff, including Ahmed, are friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. The hotel’s breakfast is excellent, providing a wide range of options to satisfy any guest.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was amazed by its luxurious décor and exclusive amenities. The service was impeccable, and the staff was always there to fulfill my needs. The indoor swimming pool was stunning, and the spa center was fantastic, providing me with a rejuvenating experience. The restaurant and bar area were impressive and offered a wide range of delicious food and drinks. Not to mention, the private facilities were exceptional and added a significant touch of comfort to my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's most popular attractions.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay here was with the Spa lounge. The steam room lacked adequate instructions, and it took me a while to figure out how to operate it.
