The personal assistance service was excellent, with staff being knowledgeable about our family needs. The retreat had a nice mosque with five prayer times offered. The food was of high quality with excellent presentation. The staff, from the restaurant to the reception, were very friendly and attentive.

We booked a long weekend stay at Mysk Al Badayer Retreat for a relaxing staycation and were delighted with our choice. The property seamlessly combines luxury with nature, allowing us to enjoy all the comfort and convenience of the rooms and restaurant while immersing ourselves in the beauty of the surrounding desert. The warm and welcoming team, from the security guard to the room attendant, made us feel at ease and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breathtaking views from our room, the pristine surroundings, the excellent bathroom amenities, and the delicious croissants for breakfast were just a few of the things that we absolutely loved about this place. Definitely great value for money, and we can't wait to visit again!

I recently stayed at Al Badayer Retreat in Dubai for a relaxing desert getaway. The hotel had everything I needed and more, including a beautiful room and a stunning pool area where I could watch the stars at night. The highlight of my stay was definitely the activities available, from driving buggies and horses in the desert to enjoying a cozy bonfire. The staff, especially Mr. Elvin Morafik, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. I also have to mention Miss Lynn, who did a fantastic clay class for our kids. a wonderful stay!

Loved the cultural shows and outdoor activities like the open-air cinema. the complimentary gifts and personalized messages were a lovely touch. the location was perfect for a unique and memorable experience. Plus, the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

There were no complimentary cakes or wine included with honeymoon or proposal packages. the rooms were pretty, but lacked some amenities.

The tented rooms were spacious and clean, while the private pool offered an invigorating respite from the desert heat. The staff were incredibly friendly, catering to our every need. The delicious breakfast was a real highlight, providing the perfect start to a day full of adventure and fun.

The absence of a shower next to the pool made cleaning up after a dip inconvenient.

Among the dunes in the desert, this hotel boasts great location and beautiful views. The staff were very welcoming and tried hard to give good service; they even made excellent arrangements for veg food for us at short notice. The leisure indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness center provided a lot of options for staying active during my stay.

I recommend this hotel to families.

The quadruple room was amazing! I loved the balcony, perfect for chilling out. The flat-screen TV and minibar were a great touch. The private bathroom was clean and the shower was refreshing.

Missed having a bathtub.

Every corner was tastefully designed and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the indoor swimming pool offered a unique view of the garden area and the surrounding dessert was remarkable. the room advantages like private facilities and exclusive amenities provided complete comfort. the restaurant highlighted ample healthy choices, and the food was of high quality and tasted extraordinary.

Despite the excellent experience, the outdoor swimming pool was unexpectedly small and did not meet my expectations. This was the only downside of my otherwise luxurious stay.

As a light sleeper, I loved the peaceful atmosphere and quiet surroundings of the retreat. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Absolutely everything was mind-blowing! Check-in to check-out was super easy. Special thanks to Ali for keeping in contact and Aysha for making hospital arrangements for my son. The desert morning horse riding was jaw-dropping and Muhammad, the groom, was fabulous. Can't wait to return and experience the new tents with private pools. The location is perfect, staff excellent, and the food brilliant. The room with a pool was just what we needed. The staff, including Akasha, Jamal, Chef Faraj, Jhoseph, and Ahmed Taj. Definitely going back without thinking.
