The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom flat allowed my family to relax and unwind comfortably. The reception staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any requests or information we needed.

This hotel is in a great location, near the metro and Deira city centre. It is situated in a peaceful area, making it a perfect choice for a calm stay. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to assist guests. The basic amenities are well taken care of, and the breakfast included in the stay is a convenient added bonus.

The only minor issue we encountered was a broken lamp in one of the rooms.

The hotel is in a central location, which made it easy for us to explore the city. the free airport transfer was a bonus and the mini market nearby was convenient for snacks and drinks. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions.

The room we were given was not up to our expectations. the bathroom was unclean and the bedding had stains and hairs on it.

Spacious apartment, perfect location, helpful staff, variety of food, gym and rooftop pool, free parking.

The hotel's location near Deira city center and within walking distance of Carrefour was extremely convenient. Our family had everything we needed for our stay, thanks to the nearby shopping options both on the street and in the shopping center. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were satisfactory, and the included breakfast was a great addition.

Minor room maintenance issues were noticed, such as a broken lamp with exposed wires in one of the rooms. However, overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.
