The central location of Swissotel Al Ghurair Dubai is unbeatable for tourists, with easy access to a nearby mall and department stores. The staff was attentive and the Filipino breakfast server even sang to my child. However, room requests were not always honored promptly. The hotel is ideal for families, with great amenities like a spa, swimming pool, and proximity to landmarks like the Shiva and Krishna temple, contributing to a memorable family bonding experience.

The staff were all awesome, especially the Filipino staff. They went above and beyond anyone's expectations. the service was top-notch, from room service to housekeeping. Elif, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and made our almost two-week stay enjoyable and unforgettable. Our kids had a great time at breakfast, thanks to the staff who made it a fun experience. the hotel's location, being connected to Al Ghurair Mall, was convenient and centrally located in the heart of Deira.

One thing that could be improved is the wait time for taxis, especially during peak hours. better coordination could be implemented regarding charges for mini-bar items to avoid any misunderstandings with guests.

The breathtaking city views from my room on the 15th floor of Swissotel Al Ghurair truly made my stay unforgettable. The hotel also surprised me with a room upgrade and waived hidden charges, which was a thoughtful touch. The impeccable service and diverse dining options truly elevated the experience.

As a leisure traveler and shopaholic, the attached shopping mall made this hotel a perfect location for my visit. The metro being just a 2-minute walk away was also very convenient. The staff, especially Mr. Hussnain at check-in and Ms. Amal at check-out, went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. The entire hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel had excellent views and a great selection of restaurants nearby. I was very pleased with the staff's approach and the hotel's location.

Getting a taxi can be difficult and nerve-wracking due to the hotel's location. the hotel's entrance and lobby have an unpleasant smell, which detracts from the overall experience.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was great, with a mall and metro station nearby. The staff at Swissotel Al Ghurair were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it provides a ballroom and meeting rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and a team of experienced staff trained in organizing professional events. The in-house facilities offer 6 meeting rooms and 1 ballroom for up to 300 attendees, ensuring the proper and timely performance of the meeting or event. The generous-size meeting room forms part of the dedicated conference and the hotel's event centre.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of an on-site business center for last-minute urgent tasks.
