Spacious rooms overlooking the sea. Great location next to a mall. Clean beach and well-maintained pools. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was crowded but still good quality.

The rooms at Database Room were fantastic, with two bedrooms and plenty of space for our group of party people. The location of the hotel was excellent, and we loved coming back here over 25 times in the past six years.

We felt right at home at Database Room and had no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at this place! The sea view rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer stunning views of the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the all-inclusive package, which was the best we've experienced in the UAE. The staff at the restaurant were impressive, ensuring that we had an enjoyable dining experience. The beach was clean and easily accessible, plus the beach furniture was superb - the best we've seen at any beach resort.

I recently stayed at Al Hamra Residence for a few days and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Our travel purpose was to relax and enjoy some time away from the city, and this hotel was perfect for that. The staff, especially Ameer, provided top-class service from the moment we arrived. They took care of us during my wife's illness, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we loved the beach and the peaceful atmosphere. The size of our deluxe king room, the cleanliness of the washroom, and the excellent housekeeping service, especially from Ms. Shradha, were all outstanding. Special mention to the accommodating lady receptionist Inessa.

The kids club was amazing! The staff, Mel and Azenith, were so kind and helpful. They helped me make an origami flower pot with roses and made me feel happy and welcome. I recommend this hotel for families.

During my stay, I experienced excellent service from the staff at the reception. They were attentive and helpful throughout my time at the hotel. I was impressed with their prompt response when I had inquiries or needed assistance.

There were a few areas that needed improvement. the staff at the reception were not aware that a scheduled excursion had been canceled, resulting in confusion and inconvenience for me.

We recently had a romantic escape and we enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks in the room upon arrival. the beach was breathtaking and the location allowed easy access to a mall with a variety of shops and car rental services. the staff was friendly and accommodating which made our stay even better.

We also encountered problems like malfunctioning safes, a fridge that was not working and delayed response from maintenance. It's sad to say that our upgraded one-bedroom felt like a downgrade due to the condition of the room such as the old and uncomfortable bed.
