the customer service needs extreme improvement, especially the duty manager who disregards a guests' concerns. and let’s talk about the dining, limited breakfast options every single day were a drag. i almost woudl ve been inclined to leave a good review if they had at least offered me the complimentary welcome gift upon arrival! total oversight.

The elevators get overcrowded and operate slowly, the room and bathroom doors are excessively tight and require a forceful push to close!!! Dining options within the hotel are limited but the vicinity makes up for it!!!

If you use the valet service, plan for delays during peak times. know that nearby restaurants deliver for convenience without needing to wait.
