Had a great Christmas stay! the staff were amazing and really made the experience enjoyable. Loved the complimentary spa treatments and festive activities like gingerbread house making. the location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the in-room amenities were also a plus, especially the fully-equipped kitchenette.

The hot tub was also not working and needed maintenance. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some parts of the hotel, but not a big deal for us since we were mostly out and about.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Mall of the Emirates, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a big and cozy bed. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Parking is plentiful and free, and there is even a rooftop pool for a refreshing dip.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the wifi connection, requiring occasional restarts.

We had a great stay at Al Waleed Palace Hotel Apartment Al Barsha. The hotel rooms were fully furnished and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The strong internet connection was a plus, and we enjoyed using the swimming pool. Having a free parking spot was convenient as well. The staff was friendly, well-mannered, and well-trained. For a recent long stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and new kitchen appliances in the rooms. The hotel's location behind the Mall of the Emirates was very convenient and accessible. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay for both adults and children. I particularly enjoyed having a little balcony to relax on.

The apartment was mind-blowing, super spacious, and incredibly convenient with all the necessary appliances. Free parking was always available, and there was a jaw-dropping supermarket right in front of the hotel. The reception staff, especially Mr. Mohan, were incredibly helpful in suggesting nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the cleaning housekeeping, Mr. Ananda, greeted us with a cheerful smile every morning and ensured that the flat was always impeccably clean.

I could enjoy the Dancing Fountain show at Dubai Mall, conveniently located near the hotel. Plus, the 24-hour reception was so helpful. Such a home-away-from-home experience!
