We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable with sleep-friendly pillows and the hotel facilities were adequate, including a lounge and kitchen. The staff were very helpful and dealt with issues quickly. The breakfast was easily ordered and the location was superb, with the Hamarain center opposite the hotel and Alkabayet Discount center nearby. It was easy to get around with the nearest Metro station just 700 meters away. Taxis to the city center cost around £6-15.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the comfort of the bedding.

There were a few issues during our stay. One of the towels in our room was not changed and had a lipstick mark on it.
