The staff at the hotel were very cooperative and friendly, always willing to help out. They provided excellent service and were attentive to any requests or issues. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. I especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious balcony. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to major roads and attractions in the area.

There were a few areas of improvement that could be made. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were some stains on the sofa and dust in hard-to-reach areas.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern room which had a great view of the city. The bed was really comfortable and the room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The location was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Dubai.

As backpackers, we really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms at the hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, making us feel at home. The hotel's location near the beach and Mall of Emirates was perfect for exploring and shopping. The shuttle bus service provided added convenience. Plus, having a Carrefour Supermarket within walking distance was a big bonus.

We felt warmly welcomed at the hotel and had no complaints at all. The stay was simply fantastic.

This place was in a great location on the outskirts of town and had excellent service from all staff who gave us nice smiles with great service. The room and the whole hotel were absolutely clean and the leisure facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna were really enjoyable. The room amenities such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were all great and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Though slightly expensive to travel by taxi, it's worth it due to its lovely isolation from the noise of the city. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping team ensures they're always sparkling clean. The room service is quick to respond to our requests, and the breakfast offered is delightful.

The communication style of some of the staff could be improved to make the check-in experience less bothersome for guests.

This hotel is an absolute steal! Amazing value for money with all the facilities anyone needs. The location on the outskirts of town may seem inconvenient but it offers a breathtaking 180° view of the vicinity from the balcony. The hotel offered two complementary facts that were appreciated during our stay. The location was also convenient, allowing us to easily access city landmarks and nearby attractions. we enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, which exceeded our expectations and provided a pleasant experience.

While the hotel had its advantages, they did fall short in offering alternative dietary options for lactose intolerant patrons. We were disappointed by the lack of plant-based alternatives for beverages in the restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect for us, close to the Expo site and other areas of interest. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed.
