I stayed at Ramada in Barsha Heights for business purposes, and my stay was for a week. The location was convenient, and my room provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The comfortable bed and isolation from noise made for a restful sleep. The hotel consistently maintained a clean and smart appearance, and the staff, including Anuraj in housekeeping and Collins, Lea, and Rami at the front desk, were consistently friendly and helpful. The Didon restaurant staff, including John, Raju, Donald, and Celestine, offered great dining experiences. The hotel also offered affordable accommodation with a great breakfast and was within walking distance of local amenities. Lastly, the staff went out of their way to assist guests, particularly the gentleman at the lobby and the young lady at the help desk.

As frequent business travelers, we were impressed by the facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to well-known Dubai attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the TV was new, which was a nice touch. The staff were welcoming and we appreciated the free parking on the premises. The water pressure in the shower was also excellent.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city. We enjoyed the upgrade they gave us upon arrival, and the room, although slightly smaller than expected, was clean and comfortable. The shower gel provided in the bathroom smelled amazing. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were impressive. Special recognition goes to Lea, who went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were all on the same floor. The housekeeping staff, especially the Filipino gentleman, were accommodating and attentive to our needs. Despite some limitations in the breakfast menu, the food was good. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

There were some issues during our stay. The room we had requested as non-smoking still had a lingering smoke smell.

This place is located in a great area where you can easily access all the interesting attractions. I really enjoyed the friendly room service and the car hire service that made getting around so easy. The staff at the reception desk were fantastic and always willing to help. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a perfect retreat for me to unwind and relax. Additionally, it was great to have an outdoor swimming pool, and beach access which really added to my vacation experience.

He assisted us in modifying our reservation and made sure everything went smoothly. the staff, including Rami and the African Guy, were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel facilities were lovely, especially the pool, and our room was spacious and well-maintained. We were even upgraded to a balcony room free of charge. the hotel restaurant had delicious food with a wide variety of choices. the location was convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and attractions like the Emirates Mall and JBR within walking distance or a short drive away.

This hotel is situated in a great location in a popular business area with easy access to Jumaira's attractions, supermarkets, nightclubs, bars, and the metro. The staff was excellent and friendly, and the room was clean with great amenities. The balcony was perfect, giving us a fantastic view of the city. Plus, breakfast was included, and it was good and tasty, with delicious pastries.

We stayed in a hotel that was in a convenient location as it was near supermarkets and a metro station that was reachable by foot in about 10 minutes. Although it was not in the center of town, it was still easy to get to Dubai attractions. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good and there were many options available.

The swimming pool closed early, limiting our ability to enjoy it throughout the day.

the staff, particularly Ana at reception, were exceptional in their professionalism and friendliness. Their customer service was the best I've experienced in my months of traveling. the hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool. Ahmed at reception and the African lady at the pool reception were also very friendly and helpful. the room service offered plenty of tasty food at a good price. the hotel provided a wonderful experience.
