Clean and spacious rooms with good amenities. Welcoming and helpful staff, especially at the front desk. Convenient location near metro station. Basic but decent breakfast, with a nice omelette station and a small but uncrowded pool. Walls are thin, but overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel location on a busy interchange was a bit concerning at first. However, the proximity to the metro station allowed easy access to the nearby Bur Dubai. Moreover, it was just a short distance from the beach, allowing travelers to soak up the sun. The modern rooms were spacious and had all the needed amenities. The rooftop pool was a plus, and the gym was well-equipped to keep up with our fitness routine.

The check-out process was quite lengthy and took up unnecessary time.

I was impressed with the efficient check-in process at Avani and the quick response when requesting toiletries. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of Middle Eastern and international dishes. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Avani in November-December. The spacious room with its comfortable beds was perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food, and special thanks to Lynne for her warm hospitality. The hotel's convenient location near the metro made it easy for us to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Nothing, it is perfect.

We recently stayed here and were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious venue. The spa and wellness centre offered top-notch massages and beauty treatments, complemented by a welcoming sauna and steam room. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding, with sun loungers and exclusive amenities ensuring total relaxation. The restaurant served an exquisite continental breakfast with halal options available, and the bar/lounge area offered an extensive menu of drinks, including special diet menus, in-room breakfast and private facilities.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of beach access, but the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus service to Movenpick Hotel where private beach facilities were available. this venue exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and prime location within walking distance of the metro station and shopping centres.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect; close to public transportation and within walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a nice added bonus and provided a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. the noise from the street could be heard even with the windows closed, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location is awesome, minutes from the airport and close to attractions. Excellent value for money. Rose at Check-In is the nicest and most efficient. Amazing breakfast. Spacious bedrooms. Professional and friendly staff. Well-equipped gym. Wonderful quiet overall. Great bathroom amenities.
