I stayed here for two nights on a leisure trip. the location was perfect, close to everything I needed. the spacious and clean rooms had all the necessary facilities. the staff, especially Sandeep, Kimberly, Sugith, and Mahesh, were incredibly friendly and attentive to details. the complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the restaurant served delicious food. the breakfast was sufficient, and the gym and pool were well maintained. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a front room with a balcony door that wouldn't open, but the pool on the roof was a beautiful spot to relax late afternoon. the restaurant served very good food and the service was outstanding. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with cozy seating areas where us senior ladies can relax and chat. the general areas were easily accessible, with ramps and handrails making it convenient for us to move around. It felt like a welcoming and safe environment for older guests like us.

I would hope for more thoughtful assistance from the children working there for a better vacation for senior people.
