I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for an overnight visit. The staff was warm and the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The bell boys at the entrance were especially friendly, and Nasar was very helpful in arranging a taxi for my airport drop off. com. my stay was fantastic and I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff at reception, especially Salman, were very polite and welcoming. Noor was superb in helping with baggage and arranging transport. The rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel had good connections to the metro system, making it easy to get around.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

The TV channels may be disappointing in terms of English options, but this is easily overshadowed by the hotel's many positive aspects.

We loved this place because of its perfect location right on the waterfront and at such a convenient place in a crowded area. The service we received was outstanding, from the helpful bell staff/porter to the efficient 24-hour room service. We were also impressed with the room amenities, particularly the in-room safe and mini-bar. The staff who gave us excellent service, including the general manager and reception desk, made us feel welcome and appreciated throughout our stay. Moreover, the leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and beauty treatments was an added bonus that made our vacation even more relaxing.

Nothing is perfect.

The hotel's location is superb, with local shopping just a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also conveniently close to the airport, Deira Creek, and the metro. We were pleased to find that the room could be arranged with three single beds, which was perfect for our family with two small kids.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Abra Station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also near all the souks, including the gold and spice souks, perfect for shopping enthusiasts. it is very close to the airport, only a 15-minute taxi ride away.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the hotel's WiFi and the noise from the surrounding area, which may affect the quality of the stay.

The location was perfect, close to town and a short walk to the Metro station. The staff were amazing, especially Ismael and Casmir, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a large choice and the food was excellent. Special thanks to Vani, the breakfast waitress, and Murali, our room attendant. This was our 4th visit and we can't wait to go back next year.
