I recently stayed at Sky Hostel in Dubai for my first solo trip. The host was incredibly friendly and provided us with water and new blankets upon arrival. The location was convenient, with cheap supermarkets along the way to the metro and old town. The dormitory, mainly for men, still made me feel comfortable as a girl. The room was comfortable, and I had amazing roommates who made my stay enjoyable. it was a great experience and perfect for solo travelers looking to make friends along the way.

I had a fantastic experience at this hostel! the best part was the location, as it was conveniently close to the metro station and had plenty of affordable Indian food nearby. the staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Even though I stayed in a male-dormitory as a solo female traveler, I felt completely comfortable. the room was comfortable and the roommates were great. it was a wonderful introduction to solo travel and I highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers looking to make new friends.

Location near downtown, super kind and helpful host, bathroom in the apartment, constantly updated with new bathroom and bedroom items. Super cool budget accommodation worth trying.

The bathroom was always wet, causing a slipping hazard. Occasionally encountered cockroaches in the kitchen.

The communal space was limited, but there were small balconies available for relaxation.
