Great Stay, Perfect Location! The hotel was in a perfect location, just a few minutes away from a major shopping mall and in the heart of downtown. It was so convenient to have access to banks, restaurants, pharmacy, and café shops nearby. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff at the reception and café bar were incredibly friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and excellent service.

The location is just perfect, close to all major attractions and with stunning views of the city skyline. The staff members were exceptional, showing excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The amenities provided were great, from the leisure spa and wellness centre to the rooftop pool and sun terrace. The room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities such as flat-screen TV, coffee facilities, and in-room safe.

Although we were satisfied with our stay, we noticed that the noise level was a bit high, but it didn't really bother us that much. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great place to stay with outstanding service and amazing facilities.

The restaurant on the 44th floor offered excellent food at a great price, with welcoming and attentive service. The views from my room were stunning, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff, especially Kasun and Saman, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the omelet made by Kasun was a highlight. the hotel facilities were great, and the location was convenient, being close to the metro station.

From the moment I arrived at Carlton Downtown, I felt at home. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, and the hotel's location was perfect with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance of DIFC and close to the Dubai Mall. The Hair Lounge on the 45th floor was a hidden gem with an amazing stylist named Hussain. The staff at reception, especially Zainab and Mr. Abdullah, were polite and friendly, as was the ground staff, Mohammed. The standard of food in the restaurants was good, and the hotel was conveniently located near the metro and had excellent taxi services.

The Carlton Downtown Hotel offered excellent value for money with spacious, well-equipped rooms and a top-notch breakfast. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the star tour agency in the hotel who provided wonderful travel tips and made my experience in the city memorable. Highly recommended for their tour service.

Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to detail and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
