stayed at Centro, close to Grand Mosque. room amenities and cleanliness top-notch. staff very polite and helpful, went beyond. good value for money. Cons: absolutely impeccable! 🌟.

The room was spotless and well-organized, and the receptionist really went out of his way to help me sort out my reservation - big shoutout to him for that. the breakfast could have had more variety, but Tanveer from the catering team made sure we were happy and well-fed, so kudos to him for that, keep up the good work, bhai! 🙌 the only hiccup was the beds not being securely joined together, which made it a tad uncomfortable to sleep.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the areas I needed to go to, and the room was very clean.

During my recent business trip to Abu Dhabi, my director selected Centro Capital Centre By Rotana for our accommodation, and I must say it was a pleasant stay overall. the complimentary access to the rooftop gym and swimming pool with stunning city views were a highlight for me, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. the high, speed Wi, Fi access made it convenient for me to stay connected, and the state, of. the catering staff, particularly Tanveer, stood out with their excellent service during breakfast, ensuring that we were well taken care of. the reception staff, especially Shikhar, and James, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Kudos to the attentive and helpful attitude displayed by staff members like Redhouwane, Alex, Khalifa, and Manika from housekeeping. the only downside was the small room size and lack of a bathtub, along with the staff and security being perceived as rude, which impacted the overall experience negatively. This unfortunately led to an early check, out and search for alternative accommodation. Centro Capital Centre By Rotana provided a clean and welcoming environment with dedicated staff members, making it a decent choice for business travelers like myself.

The bar didn't have the channel for Wimbledon Final, so we were moved to the ground floor to watch. I was asked to remove my scarf, so I had to stand for 2 hours to watch the match. the inconvenience was disappointing. Overall I recommend this hotel.

the centro hotel was super clean with awesome amenities like wifi - pool, and gym. its location near adnec was convenient for my conference. the staff went above and beyond - especially shikhar at the front desk. got local insights that made me appreciate the place more. a standout service experience!

Attended ADNEC events, stayed for a few nights. Spacious, clean room with ample mirrors. All necessary amenities provided, friendly and helpful staff. Early check-in assistance and parking guidance. Housekeeping quick to provide forgotten toothbrush. Will choose for future events.
